Wednesday, Feb 22 - Ash Wednesday service at 5pm with Imposition of Ashes
Fridays from Feb 24 to March 31 - Stations of the Cross at 5pm - this is a short devotional exercise of visiting and praying in front of each of images of the Passion of Christ. It stems from the practice of early Christian pilgrims who visited the scenes of the events in Jerusalem and walked the traditional route from Pilate’s house to Calvary and then finally to the empty tomb.
Sundays from Feb 26 to March 26 - Eucharistic Service at 10am (Bishop’s visitation on March 5, and Morning Prayer on March 26)
Wednesdays during March - Lenten study and discussion at noon with snacks available
Sunday April 2 - Palm Sunday service at 10am - commemorating Christ's triumphal entry into Jerusalem and the beginning of Holy Week
Wednesday April 5 - Holy Wednesday - No Lenten Study or services
Thursday April 6 - Maundy Thursday (Holy Thursday) service at 5pm - Foot-washing and commemoration of the Last Supper
Friday April 7 - Good Friday Service at 12pm commemorating the crucifixion of Jesus and his death
Sunday April 9 - Easter Eucharistic Service at 10am - the principal festival of the Christian church, which celebrates the Resurrection of Jesus Christ on the third day after his Crucifixion
